I was responsible for the full visual design and layout of the report, from concept to completion. Working closely with the EDI leadership team, I developed a cohesive visual system that balanced data, storytelling, and human connection.

Creative Approach
The creative direction emphasized empathy, clarity, and progress. I used soft gradients, layered transparencies, and diverse imagery to reflect the hospital’s mission of healing and inclusion. Consistent use of color and typography unified the document while maintaining visual warmth and readability.
